Sarah Cuddon started her career as a local news reporter for David Dimbleby's, Wandsworth Borough News. In 2001 she went to live in Kosovo where she helped to set up a youth radio station in Pristina.

Returning - with frostbite and an old Albanian mini disc - she joined the Whistledown ranks and has since been producing critically acclaimed radio programmes for BBC Radio 4, BBC Radio 2 and the BBC World Service. Her credits include Married to Teacher, Border Blaster: In Search of the Wolf, Three Chords and the Truth, The Astronaut Wives' Club, The Morricone Affair and John Mayall's Blues Adventure (BBC Radio 4); Living with Chico Mendes and The Priest of Para (BBC World Service) and Salford Lad (BBC Radio 2).

Sarah is one of the core producers on the SONY Gold award winning series The Reunion with Sue MacGregor for which she has made programmes in South Africa and in Bosnia. She has also presented features for Questions Questions (BBC Radio 4). In addition to her radio work she also writes. Her first short play, Weightless, tells the story of the first female British astronaut to go into space. It was produced by the High Tide festival 2007 and published by Oberon books. She has had poems published in Rialto, Tower Poetry and New Writing magazines.
